Tickets are $35 per person, or $250 for a table of 8 people. Tickets are available for purchase online or in-person at the Parish Office. Each dinner ticket will include one free drink ticket. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase that evening.

St. Mary’s Primary School, Busaabala, Uganda

Fr. John Baptist Ssonko, the founder of the school, will join us for an important and exciting fundraising dinner to help complete a dormitory to house 228 students who must walk long distances to attend school. These boys and girls are currently sleeping in classrooms which are crowded and inadequate. The dormitory foundations have been built. Now is the time to complete the dormitory so let’s “Raise the Paddle to Raise the Roof!”

SCHEDULE

5:30 PM – Social Hour with Hors D’oeuvres and Cash Bar
6:30 PM – Dinner Prayer and Buffet Line Begins
7:30 PM – Speakers – Father Baxter, Marty O’Connor, Mary Ellen Lincoln, Father John Baptist
7:45 PM – Raise the Paddle / Live Auction
8:30 PM – Closing Prayer and Blessing

ATTENDEE DETAILS

– Event for 18+ only
– Attire semi-casual
– Seating will be assigned (you can make a request to be seated by specific people at the time of registration OR invite your friends and register for a table to all sit together!)
– Water, wine, seltzers, and beer will be available
– Cash bar (one ticket included with dinner ticket)

MENU

Social Hour Charcuterie Bar:  Fresh Fruit, Meat, Cheese and Crackers

Dinner:  Marinated Roast Beef, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable Medley, Tossed Salad with Ranch or French Dressing, and Homemade Dinner Roll

Dessert:  Ice Cream and Peach Cobbler
